Which bird of prey do you like better?

Braviary. It's an eagle, has balanced defenses for a bird pokemon, has giant claws... I also get the "This is America in a pokemon" vibe that various others get.
 
Staraptor. The thing looks awesome (especially shiny form), fights awesome and has the awesome cry. Pidgeot is a close second,almost the same as Staraptor except the movepool. Skarmory,Fearow,Noctowl and Unfezant are good aswell. I can't stand Swellow and Braviary.
 
I always loved Staraptor for some reason. It has a really nice design compared to the other Normal/Flying, has great stats and a good movepool (Close Combat, Brave Bird, and Double-Edge via breeding). Braviary is a close second, though. Staraptor has better stats, but it has a nice design and cool moves as well (Brave Bird, Thrash, Superpower). I used a Staraptor in Diamond and a Braviary in White, and they were both important member of my team.
 
Skarmory ftw.

It has the defense stats of the titanic.
 
Staraptor has an awesome design and is fast and hits hard. Sadly, its defense and HP suck. And of course, it levels up pretty quickly too.

Braviary on the other hand is slightly stronger than Staraptor but not as fast. But I consider it an acceptable tradeoff for its better defense and HP. Not to mention it can learn WAY more moves. On the downside, it takes forever to level up.
 
I'm gonna go with Fearow on this one. It has decent Attack and Speed, moves like Faint Attack, U-turn, Sky Attack, Steel Wing, and Drill Run (covering two of it's weakesses), and 5 generations of awesome sprites. Add in my bias of having used it on about four game files, and that pretty much seals the vote.
 
I went with Noctowl, Swellow, and Mandibuzz.

Noctowl - Its an owl is the main reason. But I like the fact it learns psychic moves.

Swellow - My favorite design out of ALL of them. Thats mainly it, and the fact I used it on R/S and it was my favorite.

Mandibuzz - Mainly because I LOVE dark types, and vultures amuse me. It learns Dark Pulse, one of my favorite moves, and a ground move.
 
Pidgeot and Noctowl.

Pidgeot has always been reliable for me, and is bulky for an ingame Pokemon, yet has decent offense too. Noctowl is my little owl of surprise, and it has many tricky moves like Psycho Shift and Air Slash that are great. Skarmory's not bad too.

However if Pelliper was on this list he'd really take the cake. However as he's not, Noctowl wins.
 
Staraptor. Close Combat! Also cool hair feathers.

Skarmory is a close second. Nice design, unique typing, and great battler.
 
Swellow and Braviary are a tie right now. D: Swellow because he's so cool and blue, and reminds me of Falco for some reason. o3o

And Braviary because BRO, he's the American Eagle. Even if Zekrom wasn't the White Mascot, I'd get White version for that badass eagle dude.

^^Actually Staraptors winning. But for that joke, I'm going to put that into my signature.
 
I went with Fearow, Staraptor and Braviary.

Fearow: I am biased fully. Fully.

Staraptor: He has killer movesets and stats, and would kill all other birds here. Except...

Braviary: Eagles FTW. :p
 
Skarmory. Unlike the others, it's not feathered.
Pidgeot and Noctowl as well. They may not be the best birds around, but they both do fine for me.
 
Braviary: My favorite soccer team (Beşiktaş a team from Turkey) has an eagle as its mascot. I am a fanatic of my team and eagles.

Swellow: Swallows are my favorite birds.
 
I say Pidgeot. Its cool looking and would be fun to ride on! Nostalgia too ^_^

Its funny that I even voted in this thread since I'm kind of intimidated by birds!
