How would you make a list of the most democratic countries in the world?

- would you use data about rich and poor countries? (powerty, middle class, rich class)

- legnth of term of office of presidents, prime ministers, senators,gubernators, ambasadors, lower parliaments

- property declarations and financial records of politicians

- education level and academic titles of politicians

- education level and academic titles of all citizens

- the employment data and CVs of politicians

- voters criteria of choosing politicians and political parties

- unemployment rate, employment rate , gray area in the labour market

- electoral law and regulations
(ranked voting system, direct voting system, reversed ranked voting system)

- medical services

- corumption, nepotism, croynism levels in the labour market

- level and amount of job and employment frauds in the countries

- level of all criminal and fraud like phenomena in the countries

- amount of political parties

-electoral/voter turnout (attendance)

- financing of political parties and politicians in all countries

- amount of diffrent patologies in all countries

- infrastructure

- political system

- justice system

- amount of prisoners (guilty and not guilty)

- time of citizens wasted in court and jails

- rate of terrorism

- amount of spies used in other countries

- amount of spies cathed by inteligence

- inteligence system

- amount of humanitarian help of goverments

- puppet goverments created from Imperial coutries to control smaller countries

(Poland didn't get payment from Germany and Soviet Union after World War 2 after both coutries attacked it and controlled it for a too long time)

- amount of dissapearing Jobs

- increases and decline of Payments(Salary)

- profitability of investments

- dynamical changes in economy

- demographic changes in societies

- amount and % of poor, middle class and rich people in the society
