Which Deer pokemon is your favorite?

I think Deers are wonderful animals and I pretty much like all the pokemon iterations of it. It’s a hard choice.

I got a Deerling plush for Christmas as a child & ever since then I've been very attached to that Pokemon. I don't see any other deer Pokemon doing anything to beat that any time soon.

That's a good question, the body plan is similar so I can see how some might include it.

I feel like Wyrdeer is what I always wanted from a deer mon. That wise old vibe that I feel most deer have. So Wyrdeer!

all of them are fantastic + I think the Legends Arceus trailer showing the player riding wyrdeer against the horizon unlocked something permanent and primal in me ... but unfortunately my heart is with rainbow deer Xerneas, absolute peak aesthetic.

Xerneas for sure! My favorite Legendary and one of my favorite Pokemon period (like top 5 at least). It strikes the perfect balance of being simple yet and majestic. Pun unintended considering the fanname of the XY trio, but it has raw aura that's really hard to describe.

Honorable mention to Wyrdeer. Was cool to see Stantler finally get an evo and go in very unique direction with it with the Psychic typing. They took a pretty "there" Pokémon and gave it a whole new life. Shame it's locked to like, one game. Deerling and Sawsbuck are also majestic and really inspired so I respect them a lot too.

Xerneas is amazing. Love the rainbow antlers, the blue color, the elegance it shows as the king of the forest, the sword-shaped legs, the X eyes, a fantastical design that feels epic and apropiate. Its only flaws would be its Neutral form (I still don't get why it was created and why it has to be the default, Yveltal has nothing like it) and its lack of an area in-game. Just imagine finding it at the end of a fantastical pristine forest! Maybe in Legends Kalos. Oh wait...

I like all of them, but Sawsbuck has always been my favorite. I especially love its Spring form, which is funny because IRL I don't much care for Spring.

Xerneas, it is so majestic and elegant and is the first Fairy-type legendary. I also like Sawsbuck and its form gimmick.
