I don't know if a thread with a similar topic like this has been made before and if it has, then bear with me here. Anyway, of the 4 main branches of the Pokémon franchise (anime, games, manga & TCG), which do you prefer or generally like more?
 
Anime... I always like the more... lively parts of a franchise.
 
Games.
Nerdy me HAS to have something that makes me use my brain or...well...
Let's just say you'll try to get as far away from me as possible.

I still watch the Anime from time to time though.
Never had anything to do with the Manga / TCG. Although the TCG does look promising. (But I don't have the money, so meh)
 
I never got into the manga, probably just because I would have to own it if I got into it, thus pay money.

I used to be into the TCG, and I even still have the tutorial disk on for the PC. But eventually I realised I was putting more money into it than what I got. I still have some of the cards.

Its the games and anime I am into. This is where I put my money. I try to collect both.

Actually I like the anime more. It's what makes me wish Pokemon was real and daydream, not the games.

The games of coarse. The Anime and TCG (everyone had those cards at one point) made me get in touch with Pokemon, but the games kick so much more ass. Now I don't watch anime anymore, it's for kids. And I've never been into TCG.
Main series games, of coarse. Spin-offs are kind of lame.
 
Darn. I wanted to vote both games and anime. I chose the anime since I'm more fluent with it.
 
I've always been into the anime more than the games.

I guess its because once a game comes out, you're essentially done with it besides training a team. The anime on the other hand is continuous and constantly has new episodes every week.
 
Anime, but I love the games really much too.
 
First game
Second anime
Third TCG because I like the artwork although I 've never played it
Forth Manga I've never seen one in a store
 
Forced to vote anime. It's the only thing I really still (am able to) follow :-(

I do really love the games I've played however.
 
Games only for me.
I used to watch the anime and collect the cards, but I lost interest.
 
Video games.

There would be no Pokemon without them.

Plus,I can create my own storylines.

I still love the anime though.
 
Manga, 'cause it's the most entertaining part of the franchise really to me.
It's more mature, violent and sexy.
Unfortunately, I lost my original ones from when I was really young, so now I need to buy them again.
The manga was the only part that was marketed towards anybody besides 9 year olds.

All that being said, I've experienced the game more than anything else, and have a stronger emotional connection to the anime than the manga.
 
Games, easily.

TGC would be a close second if my personal problems didn't stop me from attending the league. =/ I really love playing it.
 
Games definitely. Though recently I got into the manga and I enjoy it. I just got volume 1 of DPA and I already love it (especially a certain infamous dodgy scene that BlackJackPalazzo posted in another thread.)

I usually watch the anime out of guilty pleasure these days. The weird thing about the anime is that I tend to take a liking to random CotD characters.

Never played the TCG but I found a binder of some old cards in my room.
