Which episode? (Psyduck/Water Gun)

For the life of me, I can't remember what the episode is where Psyduck tries to use Water Gun and only a small stream of water come out of his mouth. I'm pretty sure it was in season 1, but I can't remember when.

I found one in "Battling Eevee Brothers" but I seem to remember there being a better one somewhere else.

^ Ah, poor, poor Horsea. It gets shown for about two episodes out of its ball before it gets dumped at Cerulean Gym forever.

Man, the writers really learned their lesson about giving characters Pokemon that can't battle on land, huh? No wonder that after Goldeen and Horsea, all other water Pokemon on he cast were able to stand on dry land.
