Which is better?

Anyway, about to start a game of White and wondering which team will fare better, and why

OPTION 1:
Samurott
Simisear
Archeops
Krookodile
Eelektross
Ferrothorn

OPTION 2:
Serperior
Chandelure
Seismitoad
Zebstrika
Sigilyph
Bisharp

It looks like you put alot of thought into both options, Either one would be a good choice, But I would choose option 1 because I like it's type coverage a little more.

I would go for Darmanitan instead of Simisear

I agree with you there. I also like that you can obtain Pansear, Archen Sandile really early on along with Oshawott, and you get Ferroseed and Eelektross' pre-evolution at the same mid-game point. If I could replace Ferrothorn with Serperior I'd stick with it. Also it's a shame not to use Seismitoad because in my experience, given the right moves he becomes an adept sweeper

EDIT: Not a fan of Darminitan sorry. I like Simisear also because he'll wipe the floor with Pinwheel forest and the third gym, which last time I tried to take on with a Servine and a Tympole.....not pretty!

You can get Darmanitan before the third Gym you know.

I thought you weren't allowed in the desert resort until after you'd beaten the third gym. That makes life a beat easier, I can pick up Sandile and Archen there. Who would you replace Ferroseed with if you had to?

Leavanny is pretty good if your looking for a Grass-type.
It's fast and it hits hard. It's a powerhouse sweeper with Swords Dance.

And yes, you can access Route 4 before the Gym battle but you can't go through it to Nimbasa until you beat the Gym.

I'd use option two, as four of those are on my team, and it worked really well: I have yet to lose a battle (I've come close though)

I would choose option 1, but I'd switch Ferrothorn for something else, like Sawsbuck or Leavanny.

Option 1 is better.

Archeops is almost perfect except the ability,but is still powerful.
Eelektross is great since it has no weaknesses and Krookodile is very tough.

Option 2 is not very good as Serperior's only good strategy is Coil/Leaf blade,Bisharp,Seismitoad and Sigilyph aren't good.

Option 1 and definitely replace Simisear with Darmanitan. You can go to the resort whenever. You just can't catch one with the Zen Mode ability.

Actually, Serperior's best strategy is Leech Seed + Big Root with Toxic for added effect. Coil/Leaf Blade is just to fill the moveslots.
Also, In-game Sigilyph is a great Special-Sweeper with a fantastic movepool.
