Which is the better iPod Touch?

Well I've started working, and I wanted to save up for an iPod Touch, and I'm not sure whether I should go for the cheaper 4th gen one, or the more expensive 5th gen one. So my question to any of you guys that own one is it better to save up for the more expensive touch, or does the 4th gen one work just as fine?
