Raikou is Electr, Entei is Fire, and Suicune is Water. Those three are the Legendary Beasts.

Ho-Oh is Fire/Flying, Lugia is Psychc/Flying. Those two are the Tower Duo.

Celebi is Psych/Grass and is the Guardian of Forests. The PokéDex identifies Celebi as the "Time Travel Pokémon."

In the last poll, many people posted that they liked two or three of the Legendary Pokémon. Because of that, I am making this poll multiple choice.

Suicune! Then Raikou. I like Suicune's design a lot and it used to be my favorite water type Pokemon until Keldeo came along. :p
 
Ho-oh & Lugia are tied for my favorite Johto legendary. Raikou is my favorite of the legendary beasts.
 
Three way tie between Lugia, Celebi and Suicune. Maybe Lugia edges out ahead by an inch or two. Raikou and Ho-Oh duke it out for runners-up. Entei, I don't care too much about.
 
Why no love for Entei?! He's my favorite! So big and fluffy, and he was a total BA in his movie...
 
Suicune is my favorite of the beasts (although I like all of them) and Ho-Oh is my favorite of the other three.

When Johto series my favorite is Lugia
Why ?
My its look cool when appear with rain strom at night sea
 
Mine are Suicune, Ho-Oh, and Raikou.

Suicune for it's mysterious appearance, amazing tank ability within competitive battle, and it's my second favourite type.

Ho-Oh has always fascinated me and I remember the old days when I carried this bird in my party, as progressed the game. It's extremely powerful offensively as well while also having some decent bulk to keep on going in competitive battle.

Raikou for it's bolt speed, offence, and cool appearance.

I like the others, but not as much as these three.
 
Ho-Oh and Lugia, yet I lean more towards Ho-Oh. I also prefer Raikou when it comes down to design.
