Which Movie Opening Credits/Theme Song Montage Do you Like Best?

So I was watching Movie 3 today on dvd, and I think that one is my favorite where Ash is battling that girl in the red bandana with Granbull, Mankey, Aipom...while the Johto theme song plays.

So which one is your fave? Is everyone aware what I'm talking about? In the movies where the opening credits play while some sort of battle/race/etc montage with Ash and co. plays?

There's the first movie where Ash battles that wierd pirate looking dude where Donphan debuted while the other version of Pokemon Theme plays.

Or the second movie where Ash, Misty, Tracey are on the boat on the way to Shamooty Island and "We all live in a Pokemon world' plays.

fourth movie is when ash is battling and almost misses the boat with brock and misty.

Fifth movie is Ash and Misty on that water ski race thingie
Sixth, i cant remember...

Seventh, isn't really in the beginning but 'This side of paradise' plays while everyone plays in the park.

Eighth, unbeatable plays while ash and pika dominate that pokemon tourney at the castle.

NIne, is when the water family is doing their circus performance with those water balls.

Ten is 'We will be heroes' when ash and co. get into town with what's her name...Gody's granddaughter.

And Eleven I actually dont remember off the top of my head.


I only bring it up because these scenes really pump me up, just wondering if anyone else feels this way!

I voted for the first movies' opening when Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Pikachu simply pwn on that Raymond guy.

And that version of the Pokemon Theme is awesome! :banana:

Mine are the openings for the first, second, fifth and eighth movies.

The opening for Heroes, where Ash and Misty are participating in that race, and the theme begins. I love that.

My second favorite would be Pokemon World in the second movie, and third goes to "We Will Be Heroes" in the Darkrai movie.

I love the movie version of "Born to be a winner", "Unbeatable", and "Pokemon World".

I love the 9th movie opening. Not a song, but the instrumental is awesome and the bubble carnival is so pretty! The soundtrack of this movie is great, so it doesn't need a song (except the Spurt! a cappella and ending song of course).

Plus, Crystal/Marina has a cameo in the "world of Pokémon" sequence = nostalgia. <3

And seeing 4Ever made me think - I've only ever seen it once. Looks like I'll be watching it later!

In terms of music... hmmm, Movies 1-4 and 10. XD I guess if I had to choose, Movie 1's opening song is my favorite (depsite my not caring for the TV version of Pokémon Theme too much) and Movie 3 comes second.

As far as animation goes, probably Movie 3.

Agreed, it was one of the rare times you could actually be proud of Ash's Johto Pokemon. Even Noctowl won a battle if I remember correctly.

Pokemon 4Ever, with "Born To Be A Winner". Man, I REALLY love that remix! That song is so awesome! <333333

Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, with "Unbeatable". The movie version of the Advanced Battle theme is awesome, because it includes the second verse!! =D <333333

Pokemon Heroes, with "I Believe". I love both the song and the opening video! And the song itself is awesome because it's not a remix, but instead, it's a long version of the Master Quest theme! =D <33333

Pokemon 3 The Movie, with "A Whole New World". I love both the song and the opening video! The movie version of the Johto Journeys theme is awesome! It's a great remix! ^_^ <33333

3rd! 6 on 6 battle is <3 And I love how they were fighting at a playground and all of the Pokemon were using the equipment. XD

I liked a couple of those Pokemon Movies but because I could only vote for 1, I chose to vote for Pokemon 4Ever. It was one of the best Pokemon movies out there. When the Hunter used a Dark Ball on that Tyranitar, it turned the Pokemon evil, and had some aura surrounding it similar to that of the shadow Pokemon Tyranitar in Pokemon Colosseum. It became just as dangerous as that and when it launched a HYBER BEAM attack on Misty, some move that the shadow Tyranitar from Pokemon Colosseum can't use, assuming anime doesn't equal video game, she sprained her knee and she had to be carried to the lake where Celebi would've healed her. And I also loved that Jirachi Wishmaker movie too. I think that movie came out around the time people were going for the Pokemon Colosseum game on the Nintendo Gamecube game and Max was trying to be funny by asking for all that candy from Jirachi and May was yelling at him to persuade Max to put all that candy back from where he got him from, but apparently, he and Jirachi ate some of it, so they couldn't undo the damage they had done to the candy, and it was just plain silly. Ash met a lot of new legendary Pokemon in his whole entire trainer career and Pokemon life that you can imagine.

Musically, the 4th movie intro is probably my favorite-it's a real shame they never released the song (or any of the vocal songs from that movie) commercially. The fifth movie opening is probably the coolest-looking from a technical standpoint, and the tenth is probably one of the most humorous.
