which of the main character's rivals is your faourite

I would have to say mine is Paul for me he is the most well handled and interesting rival the show's had giving us a insight into why he is why he is along with his relationship with his Pokémon ash and his brother the
way Paul grew to some what respect ash

I would pick Burgundy because she was the only character that I can really think of that just always failed in their attempts as a rival, barely any rival see's that right now and for the most part she did always have a sweet side that was there but of course she really was mainly to picky and that is something that less rivals are seeing these days in Pokemon and she always did have some comedic relief in her persona so again that is another reason why I thought she was a little more than a common rival.

How could it not be Gary, the OG rival, plus the strongest, one of ashs original reasons for his persevering and never slowing down to beat him.

Paul because he is a pretty powerful trainer despite his methods of getting strong pokemon. He has a lot of powerhouses that gave Ash some trouble in their battles.
