Musashi. Kojiro and Nyasu are so boring when compared to her. :D (But I love them too.)
 
James, he's just better XD
But I liked him more in the earlier seasons, I guess it's partly because the recent ones not only seriously neglect him, but also the English version give him and the whole TRio such ridiculous dialogue...
Jessie became a little more interesting with the Contests and Meowth is pretty boring to me
 
I like James best. He's just so sweet and I love how he gets so emotional. Yup, I can be a bit of a fangirl, but I'm not rabid. n_n
 
I love all three of them a lot, but my favorite is James, since he's a giant geeky dorky overemotional sweetheart. And also a hot guy but that's just a bonus.
 
Over the years, I think Meowth's character declined the most.

Its just the fact that the writers gave his backstory early on, and then ran out of things to do with him. He's the reason we also have the Giovanni daydreams in many episodes, which almost seems like the only thing he really does anymore.

There also aren't many Pikachu/Meowth team up episodes anymore, nowadays its Pikachu/Piplup.

And here I thought I would be one of the few people who liked James the most! I pick him mostly for his being the straight man to Meowth's and Jessie's eccentric actions and thought processes. And really, his being the sweetest, most selfless of the trio also helps. He's adorable. ^^

Not that the others aren't, I just tend to like him best. Damn shame the dubbers seem to be going out of their way to make TRio completely unlikeable in the past several years. :/

Ok, in that case I like Jessie the most, then James, then Meowth.
 
My favorite of those three has to be James.
In the earlier episodes, he was crossdressing. Although it is not done often enough now, he still brings a lot of flair into any situation. Who honestly can't forget the "flaming Moltres" episode? His past was very interesting and I was glad that they clarified it more a few episodes ago. All in all, he has a lot of personality to show and certainly has not dulled over the years.
Jessie has to be the close second, given that she has received a lot of personal character development in recent years. Points have to go down because she often becomes arrogant to the point of annoyance.
Meowth is third (or last) place. He has not done much compared to the human members in terms of standing out.
 
I will have to concur with James, but as a villian, Jessie is the best one. Don't get me wrong, all of TR is pretty well developed since they've been around for so long, and it is plain they can't live without each other. I just like James more because he isn't there for selfish reasons at all. If circumstances favored him, he could've been a good person, and maybe even a skilled pokemon trainer. James chose to leave his life, whereas Jessie and Meowth were essentially rejected by society. His only fault was perhaps that he was roped in by TR. Not that I don't think Jessie and Meowth can be good, either, it's just that their experiences have made them desperate to prove their worth. Admittedly, James is the same way, but that is because I think he has low self esteem. As for Jessie being the best villian, that should be plain enough. She's utterly demented. :p
 
I really love all three of them, but if I have to pick, I'm going with James. I <3 James. :]

I still don't see why people say things like that. She's not THAT bad. Granted, i dont watch the dub, so for all i know they make her more rude. But really, in the JP, shes not too bad... shes usually rawr in a cute way (LOL at the cookie scene). And besides, when she is arrogant, it usually isn't too bad... and shes been like this forever. XD Everyone should be used to her by now.

And dude, Meowth stands out on his own. :p He's totally got his Boss Fetish.

Though personally, i see Kojiro as my favorite nowadays... back when i was little, i LOVED Musashi (well, Jessie back then) and i looked up to her. Now i'm all for Kojiro's dorkyness. :p But i guess he and i have that derp sort of thing in common XD

Probably Kojiro. Like others have said, he's just so sweet and timid in comparison to his comrades, it's kind of hard not to like him. He also gets so over the top and passionate when he does attempt to take control, it's just entertaining.
 
Argh I honestly can't decide. They're all hilariously awesome in their different ways. That makes it harder for me to decide who I prefer.
 
I like James better because he's cute & funny. ^-^

Meowth, I like him because he's smarter than the two & cool. XD
Jesse... I can't really find anything I like about her. =\
but I don't hate her either.
