Was the one where they had humans narrating what the Pokémon were "saying" (Japanese only)?

I'm just wondering what the voices for each Pokémon were like. If someone could upload clips, that would be superb!
 
They did that in Pikachu's Ghost Carnival, but it was the same guy doing all the voices.
 
I've got it on BitTorrent from #pm, but it's dead...

The second Meowth and Pokemon Chronicles episodes?
I have that and the narrorator translates for 'em all. It was so funny.
 
Also in Pikachu's Natsumatsuri, the first ANA short. Same guy doing all the voices there too (and I have to say, I love the way he oes Heigani. He reminds me a lot of Masa from Rockman.EXE in thta short, actually.)
