Chansey due to nostalgia.

Of all the Chansey replacements, I do like Audino for maintaining the theme of their only being Unova Pokemon in Unova, and Audino is a reimagined Chancy

Wigglytuff, it's focus episode was better than Audino's and its english dub voice is fun to hear.

Hmm, Nurse Joy had Chansey in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, one Blissey in Johto and Alola, Audino in Unova and one in Kalos, Wigglytuff in Kalos and Comfey in Alola, I'm partial to Chansey for nostalgia and Comfey because it's adorable imo (and because I just got a Shiny one)

I find it pretty cute that Blissey and Comfey work together in Alola. And Blissey's Johto episode is one of the best fillers to date.

Wigglytuff was an odd choice. Its focus episode didn't need to involve Nurse Joy at all.
