Which Pokemon is ^.

This is really simple, basically all you have to do is take note of the ^'s signature, avatar, username and anything else to determine which pokemon they are.
eg. The person above just say is called JellyWooble and their avatar is a Milotic. Maybe they are a Jellicent?
