I don't mean any specific individual, like Tracey's Venonat or Misty's Azurill, but species in general.

Dunsparce definately needs more appearances, as I believe besides its filler episodes it's NEVER appeared besides in DP 1, and that includes cameo.

And Blissey, whose appeared only once I believe.

As for DP Pokemon, Wormadam, Shinx, Stunky all had extremely minor roles despite being owned by a character of focus in those episodes.

And anyone who mentions Charizard, Scizor, or Steelix gets hurt.
 
Barboach, never appeared outside "random fish in some water" roles and the preview of an unaired episode.

Also Duskull, which, while it has been in a couple episodes, as never done anything of particular importance.
 
Mawile, Dunsparce, Nosepass, Porygon Line, Ralts line, Any Pokemon that didn't appear more than once....
 
Even though it's shown up more then once, there's always room for more Gligars! *shot*
 
Sharpedo. It only had that one excellent filler in early Hoenn and never showed up again.
 
Nor did Carvahna outside two small appearances on Dewford.

But seriously, how about Rotom? It's cute! It should have its own episode.

I wanted to leave out DP Pokemon that haven't appeared yet, since we don't know what they'll do...although Rotom seems like a one-timer.
 
Carvanah appeared again in "Pinch Healing" in BF, during the Brandon rematches.
 
Ah, yeah.

Still, it was never the focus of any episode really, atleast Sharpedo got a whole episode for it.

And Feebas. One cameo in AG, and then a small role in DP...most of Hoenn's water types never did much, did they? I don't think Gorebyss, Huntail, Clampearl, Wailmer, Wailord, or Relincanth did much outside of their focal episodes.
 
Porygon and its evolutions and Barboach. I wanna seen them. And Blissey of course. Oh, and Charizard, but not Ash's one :-D
 
Yeah, I can see why the writers barely showcase those aquatic water Pokemon. Its also hard to show them in battles because you need water, which is why we rarely see them.

We've seen alot of Charizard's not belonging to Ash, there was one in the Hoenn League, one used in Grating Spaces, in the Battle Park, and that one Hoso.
 
Actually, we need some legendaries to have anime appearances, like Latios, Latias, and Rayquaza. Maybe Jirachi too.

Togepi has had enough appearances, but I do agree about the rest of the line. Togetic has yet to appear outside the Mirage Kindom arc and I don't think they'll touch Togekiss anytime soon with that reasoning (They may, but it's still unlikely)
 
Sunkern and Sunflora haven't had any major roles ever since their respective episodes (both of which really weren't all that important). Tyrogue I think needs another appearance. Except for The Trouble with Snubbull, I don't think Granbull has had any major episodes. Others I can think of are Stantler, Ledian, Dugtrio, Exeggcute and Graveler.
