Which region do you think had the best contests?

I feel that sinnoh by far had the best contests by that point the writers seemed to have a clearer idea what to do with them they felt far more unique and less like a ordinary Pokémon battle dawn had a brilliant arc even Jessie had some moments to shine even incorporating ash into it more with out him taking over her arc one of the only real flaws were some of the rivals

I think Hoenn and Sinnoh were the best for me.

Kanto, maybe some of them were cheap but helped on freshing out May's new Pokemon and her rivals, specially Harley, and May was quite badass.

Sinnoh. Definitely Sinnoh. Dawn's first stage losses gave her some great development and I enjoyed how Jessie earned three of her five ribbons instead of mostly being a buttmonkey throughout Hoenn and Kanto. I'm of the opinion that May needed some early exits of her own.

In terms of quality Sinnoh, but the contests became really boring by that time and Dawn used the same style of performances over and over again and at the end I still didn't enjoyed them.

I agree to some level that dawn's performance rounds got a bit stale but I think the battle rounds were by far the best out of all the regions in terms of their differences to ordinary battles

I do wish the grand festival was longer than it is it is the biggest flaw in the arc
