Who currently owns Woobat, Yamask, Frillish and Amoonguss, Giovanni or Team Rocket?

Ever since Team Rocket had given Woobat, Yamask, Frillish and Amoonguss away to Giovanni, who still currently owns them, Giovanni or Team Rocket?

The organization owns them, I believe... So in a way, I would think Giovanni. Every Pokemon they get is for the higher organization, not so much for themselves.

Not too sure how that works out... I wonder if another rocket member recycles using Pokemon Musashi and Kojiro caught.

Seriously though...
The last BW episode clearly shows Jessie and James giving up their Unova Pokémon to Giovanni in order to please him. So that's that... Giovanni is the current Trainer of the four Pokémon, and so should be the case for all eternity!
