So today at the Bulbagarden Forums, I planned on creating this thread regarding that if you meet anyone off the Internet, who would it be and the idea comes from threads like this that I've seen on Serebii's place, who actually lives in Bournemouth, England, plus this is something I've been thinking of all along and plus, I'm in Texas, right real close to Erik_Destler. I also have been planning about going to Florida and seeing Captain_Chris as it says on my profile. Also when you post in this thread, it doesn't actually have to be someone from the serebiiforums or anyone off the Bulbagarden Forums. Those are just my 2 so far out of many suggestions for me. Take your pick. You could talk about seeing whoever you want so it doesn't matter. Now post away.

I wouldn't mind meeting some of my closer friends off of here, but I would be careful about it...
 
Theres a couple of member i want to meet to punch them in the face. I want to meet Kuki to see if hes the real deal, i want to meet 1337r34p3r because he saves me a seat on the train every day, i want to meet Max to prove hes not real, MAGNEDETH seems pretty cool but hes from way over in New Jersey.

I want to punch many a user in teh face. I wont list them though.
 
I don't want to meet anyone because of the grandiose delusions (New vocabulary word!) of them I have in my head. I can imagine them to be a millionaire or a cowboy.
 
On most occasions, no, I wouldn't meet anyone online if I could. While I do believe that some of the truest respect for others you can find is in online communities, -- based on the fact that the only thing one can base an opinion on you upon is your actions -- it comes with much risk. Each and every person on any given internet community could just as easily be nothing more than a character, and many are.

Very rarely can I say I'd like to meet anyone I first encountered online. If it was done in group form, then yes, but there is something inherently sketchy about meeting someone one-on-one solely on their reputation on an internet community.

Just a note, we don't support people under the age of 18 meeting up offline. If you're under 18, at the very least wait until you're a legal adult. Even then, be careful.
 
Probably just Edo-kun, and !Tommy as well. Oh wait, I can't forget Satoshi-kun. And I bet Evil Figment and I would enjoy debating each other.

Not saying it'll happen, but it would be awesome.

Thanks, I'd like to meet you too, and there are also many people that I would like to meet to. Heck I have altogether many people in 4 different fandoms that I would love to meet IRL. :)

Late response, but you want to meet me? It says I'm Max in my signature. And besides, you'll have a hard time finding me as I keep moving from place to place, and admins, throighout the course of this whole week, pay attention to all my IP changes. I appear to have connected from 3 to almost 4 different places ever since I've been down into Texas.
