Who do you think is really the strogest Pokemon?

If we go by base-stat total, wouldn't it be Arceus? D:

The strongest duo for me would be is MewKrai/DarkTwo. Mewtwo and Darkrai have pulled me through a LOT in PBR. D8 They only lost 4 times, compared to the numerous wins they have together. I couldn't pit these two against each other: they're both equally strong to me!
 
It depends on nature and stuff doesn't it. I once had timid Infernape, and its attack was so low it was insane.

It is unbeatable.
It has no weaknesses.
It wins over everything.

It's name is....WONDERTOMB!!!!
