The GF is airing in Japan at the end of the month, so place your bets here.
 
I'm calling Nando, since it would seem dumb to have him at the start of DP, appear for 2 episodes after that, disappear until the GF, and then lose.

Before Piplup gets on me for the "it's his first GF too", Nando was probably created just to win, to be a Gary Stu. Dawn wasn't, and this would make her a giant one.

At this point, there is no new character shown in any of the previews. I don't think they'll have some random nobody win the GF, it'll likely be someone we know.

Likely, but not guaranteed.

Before the preview I thought it would be Nando, but now I don't.
Zoey vs Nando could be the finals or after a possible Dawn/Zoey match, but I highly doubt it.

Now that I don't believe it is Nando, I think it will be someone else.

You think Jessie's win is more possible than an "other" one? -_- Please, if you want other people's option, add an "other" option.
 
Well, my bet is on some newly introduced coordinator like Solidad but since we have Nando in the options... let's say that there's a great possibility that he'll be the Robert of Sinnoh. Just with more screentime.
 
Would be awesome to see Ursula win the GF, but sadly that's probably not gonna happen. :p
 
The climax preview constantly repeating at least 3 times over the minute or two that it lasted the "final promise"
I'm surprised people ignore this...
In my opinion (and yes, I realize it's only my opinion and not a fact) the final battle will be Dawn VS Zoey and I think that Dawn will win
I don't care or how unlikely and crazy and strange that may sound - people said the same about a lot of other things in DP yet they did happen

Hmm, I don't think that they will make it to the finals because the final promise would be a valid reason for Hikari to leave when the 5th gen arrives. She could find out that Nozomi is going to do contests elsewhere and decide that the final promise could occur there instead.

zoey vs nando shown in the preview was the final battle, at least thats what i think. dawn loses in the semi's.
 
I agree with the Dawn v Zoey final, as I've said before

A- Preview makes a crazy lots of references to the promise
B- Why would the writers bring up the promise if Dawn and Zoey were on the same side of the pyramid ? Why would they bring up the promise if Dawn and Zoey were fated to meet in the quarters ? Doesn't make sense.
C- Ursula is telling Zoey she's gonna ruin Dawn and Zoey's promise. Why would she say that if she had already beaten Dawn ?
D- That would just make the GF extra special !

I won't put money on who'd win that finals.
 
Mmm...If there isn an "other" option, I say Nando xDU. Simply, his role is being the powerful and kickasses coordinator in the region xDU likely Robert or Solidad with the diference that we've seen him during all the saga. But DP is unforseeable and after I watched the preview and I saw Nando vs Zoey I doubt now =(. If Zoey wins against Dawn, Nando would be the winner but if Zoey wins against Nando, the final could be between Dawn and Zoey and I think that the winner would be Zoey (Dawn isn't experimented enough to win the GF).But if another kickasses coordinator appears, the semifinal would be between Zoey and Dawn and the final would be between Dawn and the new coordinator and the new coordinator would be the winner =O! xDU But I'm confussed about festival anyway xDU
 
I don't know who will win but I do think that a Dawn win would be cool. I mean we only get to see one GF for Dawn. Why not make it something spectacular and big you know? And the whole final promise between Dawn and Zoey also says something about the climax of the GF. I mean I don't know if Dawn will win or not but I'm certainly not against it.
 
Of course Nando would have the most votes.

I'm voting Dawn since I don't care.
 
Nando. Useless guy introduced, shows up once or twice, and then disappears? Sounds like that Hoenn Coordinator (Robert?) to me.

On the other hand, you can also say that exactly because Dawn will probably leave is why they'll let us see her win a GF on screen, because unlike May - Dawn went through a lot to get into this GF and it'll be disappointing to throw her away without winning a GF after all she went through...

I have to say that I find it ridiculous that people not only think the writers constantly reminded us the "final promise" through DP for nothing but also now repeated it a lot of times during the climax preview for no reason at all... and bothered to let us know that Ursula plans to prevent Dawn and Zoey from keeping their promise
Do people honsetly think the writers will let Ursula do this? no way! And what would Nando beating Zoey a second time would accomplish, exactly? Zoey beating him would let her get revenge on Hearthome
I see it 90% sure that the final battle is Dawn VS Zoey
I guess Zoey could win it, but I find it much more likely for Dawn to win in this case... it'd be pointless if she'll lose to Zoey again after all of that
