I was wondering because i am trying to find a picture with just Satoshi drawn by the guy who drew these.

The only way I can think of to find out is to check the end credits to the movies (the TV show credits wouldn't list this) and try to figure out who worked on promoting the movie. While that doesn't guarantee that you'll be able to find the name of the artist (they may just list the agency that he or she works for), it's at least a start.
