Who else loves Yu Yu Hakusho??

I think the Chapter Black saga was the best and the last saga Demon Tournament was the worst... Just my opinion though :)
 
Oh, oh, I do!

It's one of my favorite animes of all time. It's a sure classic, that's for sure.

My favorite characters are: Kuwabara, Kurama, Jin, Chu, Botan, and Genkai.

Wow, it's very refreshing to see someone who likes Kuwabara! There's way too much Kuwabara bashing out there for my liking.
 
Ahhhh...

When I watched YYH, my favorite characters were Jin (the guy with the hurricane fists) and Yusuke

Now that I think about it Kuwabara was pretty rad during Chapter Black, haha :)
 
I haven't seen the show in forever, but I do occasionally read the manga.

Yeah, he was my favorite character too ;D !

Haven't seen the show in forever, since they stopped showing it on Adult Swim, but I remember loving it.
 
Okay, I have a quick question:

Which do you prefer-The uncut English dub version, or the Japanese version?
 
My name should make my feelings on the series (and who my favorite character is) pretty obvious.

But yeah, Yu Yu Hakusho is one of my all-time favorite anime. I love the whole show, and the excellent characters.

I've only seen the dub version for YYH, but I think it's safe to assume that the Japanese would be better. I find that to be true with just about any anime.

My favorite character is Kurama! He's so cool!

The Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged dub. Seriously.

As for the show itself. I liked the first 30 episodes or so of it, as it went on I just kinda lost interest...
 
I'm sort of in the middle. I like some things in the dub(like some of the voices), and I like some things in the orginal Japanese version(the names of various attacks).
 
I liked this show. The only thing that annoyed me was the abuse of the tournament plot device. I mean really, they had a whole season on one, then another in the last season. Anyways, minor gripes aside, it could be really cool to watch. Kurama was my favorite character, second favorite was Yusuke. I liked the Japanese version better, but was usually forced to watch/read the english version anyways (there was a time I read the manga as well).
 
Probably my favorite anime. That and the first few seasons of Pokemon.

And Hiei is definitely the best character. Him and Yusuke are all around Badasses. Yoko Kurama is pretty cool too, aqnd I always felt Kuwabara was there for comic relief and for Yusuke/Hiei to bash on.

Anyway, amazing series.
