Who is a better Water/Ice Type pokemon?

Lately I have been training my Lapras until I realized that a Walrein would also been a great addition to my team. Each pokemon can learn the 4 moves that I want them to know (Waterfall, Surf, Blizzard, Ice Beam) and their Bases stats are very similar although distributed quite differently. I was wondering, which do you think would be a better choice? and what nature would suit it best?

I dont think there are any other water/ice pokemon that can learn these 4 moves but if any of you find any let me know!
 
This thread will get shut down pretty quick.

But I've always seen lapras as the better choice but that's just me.
Just ev train and you'll be good either way.
