Who is Daredevil?

Matt Murdock's in jail, but someone's been running around Hell's Kitchen calling themselves Daredevil. Early on, several creators said it definitely was NOT Matt Murdock, and in Civil War #1 Director's Cut, the identity of this Daredevil was revealed...or was it? According to Lying the in the Gutters (a column at comicbookresources.com), there are actually 5 variations to this comic. Each gives a different identity. But they could easily ALL be red herrings. And, with the revelation coming in next week's Daredevil (Daredevil #87), I thought this might by an interesting poll to throw up.

The options listed are the ones found within the various Director's Cuts. And I've thrown in the last option because I hate being limited.

A better question is, who cares? Daredevil, to me, was always a crappy ripoff of Spiderman. Which is kind of sad when you ripoff characters in-house. He had a lot of Batman too, but not enough to make him interesting.

I'd be as giddy as a schoolgirl if it was Ben, though.

I've never been a big Daredevil fan, but they're actually making him interesting with this. Granted, it's because Matt Murdock isn't around.

My money's on Hawkeye. Mostly based on vague comments made by Quesada about "Clint Barton's" return.
