I need a person, or some people, that would like to help me create a web site where you are given a choice to join Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Magma, and Team Galactic. once you join, you are first tested, then given a rank and sent to that team's forum. you design a character, and that serves as your avatar. chatting, fanart entries, friend code exchange, etc. are in the forum. that's the general overveiw, not to get into details.
