Pokémon USA and its UK counterpart merged to become The Pokémon Company International, which will handle all non-Asia Pokémon operations under the administration of Kenji Okubo. Australian operations are to still be under control of Nintendo Australia, which is headed by Managing Director, Rose Lappin.

As I'm come from the Philippines, I don't know who controlled the Pokemon licensing of this country. It is causing me a confusion due to the fact, Philippines is in Asia, the anime in this country is from dubbed English version of the US, has a official Filipino version of the anime series, and it has mixed toys of Japanese and English version in popular stores here.
If Pokemon Company of Japan has a jurisdiction here, why they didn't use their original or subbed version here? Something a loophole. All Pokemon games are complete here despite the anime is still Battle Frontier.
Or maybe the Pokemon Company International has rights here, despite a non-American or European territory. Or Nintendo Philippines, which it may control like in Australia.
The Philippines is a disputed area for Pokemon licensing. If these three controlled the Pokemon licensing of this country, it will be a big chaos.
