Who would win?

Arceus: The god of pokemon
or
voldomort from the harry potter series
 
lolwut? Where did the inspiration for this even come from. Also, this might belong in The Contest Hall, but I'd have to consult a mod to be sure.
 
I hesitated to choose the god, but Voldemort is far more powerful.

@ Raiarei: It's for his Fic, I think, I saw his thread for the Crossover.

hey i'm not trying to mini-mod but you are not allowed to do things from different thing like th exdample digimon and pokemon i'm preety sure it's just pokemon
 
...Err, Arceus? As much as I like Voldamort, Arceus will win without a doubt. Silly thread is silly.
 
I'm not sure you're allowed to do this, but anyway...

Voldemort uses avada kadabra! (or however you spell it)
Arceus uses Protect!
Arceus uses Judgement! "You have been a very bad boy! Every kill is a stat change for you!" Judgement does 56287956021561204 damage.
Voldemort fainted. Arceus wins!
Trainer Dumbledore gives you 10000 money.
Trainer Dumbledore scurries off to a Pokemon Center.

And that is their battle.

Arceus used Hyper Beam
Voldemort banished
Arceus has to recharge
Voldemort turns Arceus into a bug
Arceus used Judgement...it failed!
Voldemort used Stomp.
 
No idea who voldamort or Voldomort is, but if Voldemort and Arceus fought, I think Arceus would win. Only because Voldemort is too dumb to tie his own shoes, and would provably just use AK on Arceus time after time. Arceus dodges, uses Judgement, and bye bye Voldemort.

Voldemort. Arceus can faint, even be killed I assume, but Voldemort cannot die... well, he can, but Arceus wouldn't really be fighting him then would he?

Well I could give a TL;DR essay on why Voldemort would win, but that would make me look like a nerd.

To make a long story short, if Arceus didn't destroy Voldemort's Horcruxes first... well Voldemort is effectively immortal. So that makes it so that he's the only one that can win.

On the other hand, if we're assuming that a certain Mr. Potter has finished destroying Voldy's Horcruxes, then we get into a very interesting debate. But based on the magical skills that we see from Voldemort (especially in the duel versus Dumbledore in book five and the chase scene in book seven), Arceus doesn't stand a chance.

Well, if by some twisted turn of events Dialga chose to rewind Voldemort back to life and Palkia chose to bring the two universes together....

Arceus is the being that created the universe. Voldemort is just some power-hungry human(?) with a wooden stick and funky mind powers.

....

Even so, the games have never portrayed wild Pokémon directly attacking a human being. Not even Arceus....

One would think, though, that this case would merit an exception.

Still, could Arceus be quick enough to defeat Voldemort before he has a chance to cast any spells?

Ugh, if only I knew Arceus' full capabilities!

If this were Mewtwo vs. Voldemort, things would be so much easier.

I honestly can't say for sure who I think would win.

So I'm just going to assume that Lucas, Dawn, Barry, Harry, Ron and Hermione all team up and defeat them both. :p

Arceus definitely would win against Voldemort. Now, Hermione vs. Arceus, I don't know... :confused:
 
Well, I see it this way. Arceus would kill Voldemort almost instantly. But Voldy would, after again having to hide in the forests of Albania and forcing his deluded servants Pettigrew to put his soul back in his body, come after Arceus for revenge. He would know Arceus is to strong for him so he would come up with a plan to kill Arceus. Like an ambush or something.
But if the horcruxes are destroyed... bye bye Dark Lord.
