Why are the grass patches/trees changing colour when I walk on Sapphire?

This problem occurs on my Pokémon Sapphire game. I play it on my DS so I'm not sure if it would also happen on a GBA or SP. Basically, while my character is moving/walking, the grass patches and trees are a bright lime green colour (as is typical of Pokémon games). But as soon as I stop, they turn a duller shade of viridian green! It's incredibly noticeable and rather annoying. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a solution? Please let me know!

hmm... I never had this problem... it may be that the game images are corrupted a little

I think that happened to me before and I think it might suppose to be like that, but I don't really know...

Thanks for the advice! Would some people be so kind as to quickly check out their games and confirm this?

I have this problem too as the grass appears to be a slightly different color when walking. My Sapphire is store bought, so I think its just the DS's problem with rendering colors.

this sounds like something where the game will eventually say "File Corrupted..."

Yay, someone who has the same problem! I don't feel so odd now. Am going to get out the GBA and test this immediately. :)

UPDATE: You must be right, because the colour-changing problem doesn't occur when playing on the GBA. Or the GBA player on my Gamecube, for that matter! Thanks!
