Read the title, and explain ur reasons for shipping certain people.


Pikashipping:
I just think they look like an adorable couple, and all the fanfics about it are really CUTE. AND NOT ONLY THAT THE FANART KILLS ME TO LOOK AT BECAUSE ITS SOOOOO CUTE!!!


Malevolentshipping:
Love it because of the concept of it. Just the idea of someone being in love with an evil spirit possessing him is AMAZING.


Staffshipping:
Ever since I saw that movie, I was convinced the two were MADE for each other. While I'm not a die-hard supporter of this ship, I will say it's pretty cute. And the fanart is nice.


Alfshipping:
Alright, now this one I just started believing in recently after I saw an ADORABLE fanart(will post later) on Deviantart of the two of them. Just that one fanart made me love it instantly, it was so adorable. I'd been thinking about this one for a while, then picked it.



I have more, but I feel lazy...
 
CONTESTSHIPPING: I just think it's freaking obvious that May and Drew like each other. Like, the roses, blushing, etc kind of state it all. They're also really cute together, and I especially love how we got to see their relationship go from jerk-rivalry to close friendship & almost canon. :D

POKESHIPPING: It was sorta the first couple I noticed in pokemon. Also, like Contestshipping, I find it blatently obvious that the two have a thing for each other. Ash and Misty are just great characters that really do well together.

Hm...that's really the only two I am a big supporter of. Haven't found any decent Dawn ships yet...While Ikari is cute, I doubt it'll ever happen.

Really, I'm only a true supported of ships that have a chance of being canon.
 
Honestly, the only ship I truly believe in is...

Helpershipping. Do you know it? You could be excused for never having heard of it. This is the shipping that pairs Professor Ivy up with her three assistants.

Something about a woman living in isolation on a near-deserted island with her three devoted slav... I mean, assistants, just happened to grab my attention. Brock's decision to stay with her despite her showing no more romantic interest in him than any other woman struck me as really odd... but, well, that's Brock for you.

A while after seeing the episode, I compared notes with a friend, who had independently come to the same conclusion. So it wasn't just me! This was my first ship. It didn't have a name back then, of course...

What really clinched it for me, though, was the aftermath. Brock's abrupt return following an unexplained traumatic experience seemed to fit right in to the theory. It couldn't have simply been rejection, since Brock tends to bounce back from this almost instantly (a necessary trait given that he sees so much of it... Poor Brock). No, there was clearly something about Professor Ivy he'd discovered that had shook him to his very core. It was that rare moment when a shipper gets to shout out "Vindication!"

(The other interpretation of Brock's trauma that I've seen put forward is that Ivy was a closet BDSM queen and Brock fled in terror. While this is fun too - especially if her assistants get to join in - it seems a little less likely, since she never showed any interest in Brock beyond his domestic abilities...)

There aren't any other ships I really rate as likely... Maybe Hatshipping? I quite like the Zoey/Dawn pairing, although I don't think there's any truth to it. Frankly, I'd be happy seeing Zoey paired with anything in a skirt. Well, maybe not James. Although... wait, that could actually be fun too...
 
Well. I believe in:

Pokeshipping: because we know Misty likes Ash. It can also be debated that Ash likes Misty in return, although not strongly. I also find it to be very cute, a huge plus for me. Something about the "originality" of it also strikes me.

Contestshipping: because it's blatantly obvious (to me anyways) that, despite barely knowing each other,May likes Drew. And he quite likely returns those feelings.

Handymanshipping: I don't even know why for this one. :XD: I just think it's a good "break the seriousness" ship, and I just kind of...get that impression for one reason or another.

Twinleafshipping: Despite the fact Dawn has not really acted all that interested in Barry, this ship just "clicks" for me. I want it to happen, but I know that's far from likely. Dawn is just so fun to ship...

MorpheusShipping: Well, one-sided, yes, but at least one-sided. Angie/Ash would be nice, if at all possible.

Rocketshipping: because it is probably the most likely non-Ash ship to happen. And its so darn cute.

I am a major multishipper...this list could go on and on...

Advance: mainly Movie 9's work

StrikingIce: Like what Moo said sort of. I can imagine Lorelei's childish side having to come out if she was dating Bruno, and Bruno needs to lighten up. And then look me in the eye and say it isn't hot.

Handyman: We need a relationship with some more mature characters at least, to make up for this giggly speculation we have now for ten year olds ^^

Rocket: because it's canonocity is full of DUUUR

Rocket: Because its so obvious, it's canon. And i enjoy pwning people at proving he isn't gay :D

Pallet: Because i find Shigeru hot, and Satoshi adorable... and they look so cute together! :eek: And all the straight Satoshi ships never last longer than a few seasons. XD

Derpshipping: Because bidoof needs more love!!

Eldershipping: I saw a website on it, and it made SO much sense... :eek: And its practically canon. Theres no better ships for Delia and Oak that make sense! We all know Delia is SO over Gio. XD

Pikashipping: Because its yaoi now. XD

And... thats all my pairings i can think of. XD
 
I support like 100 different ships, so I'll just do a few. ;D

Tensai - Words cannot describe how much I love Tensaishipping. It's just so... perfect. Not to mention adorable. Steven & Brendan just... Gawd, I can't even explain it properly. Tensai is love. <3 That is all.

Origin - This ship is what got me back into the fandom, no lie. I saw one fanart of it and just fell in love with it. If Tensai didn't exist, Origin would be my OTP, because Steven & Wallace just go together so well. And I adore how interchangeable their roles are in the relationship - it's not like your average yaoi pairing with the "seme" and the "uke." Love it~~

Harden - A lot of my favorite pairings are the ones where you can envision some sort of history/backstory between the two characters. And I'll be damned if Archie & Maxie don't have the best backstory EVAR. (it's still in my mind, o' course, but i'll finish writing it soon!)

Akatsuki - O bby. Do I ever love my pedo-shippings. <3 And this one is the best by far. Sweet, innocent little Dawn and stoic villain Cyrus... Amazing~~

Preciousmetal - D'awww. It's just so easy to envision, y'know? What with Gold being all straightforward about it and Silver being all cute and tsundere. If Preciousmetal was canon, I could die a happy woman. ;D

ToxicBolt - I have two words for you: uke Koga. *_*

Convenience - Okay, here's one that not many people know of: Prof. Birch x Joshua, his lab assistant. Joshua was in like 2 episodes, sure, but why does no one else ship this? The good-natured, slightly scatterbrained Professor and his cute young assistant? YESPLZ. Convenienceshipping needs more love!

Stoke - I honestly have no real reason for this. Volkner & Lucas are just precious~~

I could go on, trust me. But I'll force myself to stop there. xD
 
ContestShipping. All the evidence. The blushing from both sides when talked about each other. that just proves to much.

Also PenguinShipping, mainly for the same reasons as contestshipping, just to a lesser extent.
 
I'm willing to *support* plenty, but these are just my personal favorites:

DuelingRangersShipping (Spenser x Joel) - They (and everyone else) talk about their whole "rivalry evolving into close bond" thing for the entire freakin' game. Rivalry pairings have always been popular, but this is one of the cases it's made even more obvious. (I especially like how Joel went after Spenser in the Go-Rock hideout...despite you not actually seeing this.)

SlowtoadShipping (Murph x Percy) - It's only recently that I started to like this one (your fault, Blackjack), but I probably considered it in the back of my head the first time I played it. Well, it's cute, and it seems like they'd get along - actually, it's canon that they get along, if you talk to Percy at the end of the game.

RangerSchoolShipping (Keith x Kellyn) - I hate Keith and I still love this pairing. More rivalry, getting each other out of trouble and whatnot. It's obviously the same if you play as the girl; I just happen to like Kellyn better.

UselessGiftShipping (Cameron x Elita) - It's an amusing yet completely believable contrast. They definitely know each other well enough, and they're together during the final mission.

SteelShipping (Bashou x Buson) - They're such a good combination in LoT and seeing them interact makes it look really obvious.
 
I believe in Rocketshipping because:

* First, Musashi and Kojiro are my favorite characters.
* They have unique chemistry, and are closer than any other couple in Pokémon (well, maybe Satoshi and Pikachu are as close, but in a different way).
* And they care for each other really much, even though they are different from each other. That just makes them closer actually.
* They're young adults, not 10-year-old kids.
* Them pairing up with someone else would be just so... wrong.
* Recent cuteness/shippyness in DP. Can't wait for tomorrow's episode.
* It's do damn cute (and sexy)!
 
I believe in MorpheusShipping, mostly because Angie clearly has a crush on Ash, and the almost passionate way Ash tried to save her from that evil spirit ("I'll never let go, even if it means forever!") makes me think this ship has a solid basis to become confirmed one day.
 
Yeah, I know that Rocketshipping has been posted ten thousand times before, but Ill say it anyways. I believe it because, well, they just click! They obviously go together, so why not? Rocketshipping Forever! :D

Alfshipping:
I don't really know. I just recently got into this ship, but I find it really cute. It's sorta like Max's first crush. You know, but with yaoi. XD. Ash and Max are a really cute yaoi couple, and the fanart is adorable.


Shoppingshipping:
Up until about a week or two ago I was a Contestshipper. But then I realized that it was really canon, and once Drew left, it would never happen.

(Like Pokeshipping, so HA!!!)

So anyway, I started thinking about who else May had a chance with. And then it shot me in the back of the head. BROCKxMAY. And for some reason, my Shoppingshipping support was born. ^-^ And some of the fanarts are cute.
 
Pokeshipping - First off, Misty has a crush on him and it was originally intended to happen. It also has lots and LOTS of hints. Plus, they look cute together. <3 :p

Contestshipping- Drew gives May roses...ROSES! Drew has to have feelings for May and vice versa (not that they don't already) :spin:

I like more but I really don't think that they will ever happen...
 
Pokeshipping has had the most genuine hints. Contestshipping is all but canon. And then there's a little thing called my beliefs.

Girlshipping: Cynthia's a bloody stalker in the games. She's super nice to you too. Plus, the shipping just works.

Pikashipping: ..It's Pikashipping. It's adorable, and canon.

Whatever Pika-Poke is Pokeshipping: I'm not sure exactly. Probably because 4kids force fed the cuteness into my brain at an early age.

Sparkshipping: I'm not sure why, but I like the way Sparky and Pikachu interacted.

Aegisshipping: Not sure about that one either, same as Sparkshipping.

Cookieshipping: Harley defiantly likes May, in one way or another. Their interactions is just adorable.

Krazyshipping: It's just a good pairing. I've always thought Meowth liked him her.

Clingyshipping: I ship it if you play as Dawn. I just like the thought of Diamond Dawn pairing them up.

Ironwillshipping, Selfesteemshipping & Waywardcaveshipping: Not sure why..They just match.

Burningleafshipping: It's nonexistent, and yet I like it..

Hoennchampionshiping: Same reasons as Girlpowershipping, but less on the "stalker" part and more on the "super nice" part. I've always thought of Violet May as having a crush on him..

Hoennshipping: I like the fact that Brendan seems to like him, but you don't like him back..

Gaiashipping: Not sure actually.

Red/Green: I just like it..Though, I've always pictured Red as being female.

Sabrina/Leaf: I'm too lazy to search the name..I just like it.

Newreplacementshipping: Not sure either, I just adore it.

MangaPokeshipping: I barely like Special, and I like this pairing. I just like the interaction.

Preciousmetalshipping: Not sure..I don't even like Special.

Game!Sapphirepearlshipping: Penpals with a minor crush? I like the thought of May liking Dawn..But liking Steven more.

Appealshipping: Just clicks. It's canon.

Twinleafshipping & Fortuneshipping: I like the thought of them liking her, but she not liking them.

Candice/Dawn (Glittershipping, right?): ..Cocky Candice and an easily aggravated Dawn makes me happy.

Eclairshipping: It's Sapphirepearl and Appeal in one..

Rocketshipping: Not sure..

Crystal(Kotone?)/Hibiki: I think of them as cousins.. It's just nice.

That's it, I think. Most of the shippings I like, in a nutshell.

In Pokemon, I don't really have a ship, so when I see fanart of a ship, regardless of what it is, I'll *usually* save the pic..... and I often read random fanfics for ships for fun since I like seeing what's around but.....

Rocketshipping: A fave of mine since I was a kid..... one of the few that has SOME sort of solid ground in the anime (considering those two will probably never stop being partners....EVER) I dabble a bit in Queershipping since I find THAT concept hilarious XD, but I like it just as plain Rocketshipping too.

Gymshipping: partly a buy-product of my liking Rocketshipping since in the original dub Misty and Brock had the same voice actors as Jessie and James.... mostly it was cuz' they had a few cute moments and I found them to be more interesting than Pokeshipping

Palletshipping: Possibly one of the only shounen-ai pairs I like in Pokemon to some extent. I loved their rivalry and loved watching them slowly become better friends over the series... I really wish Gary would show up more in the anime.

Twinleafshipping: because I have a tendency to like pairing the rival and the heroine of their respective games..... and because it's pretty cute when you see their friendship in D/P/Plt.

Oldrivalshipping: See above.

SoulSilvershipping: See above again... plus I got this image in my head of Kotone trying to get Silver to lighten up and I found it adorable. It doesn't help I found some pretty cute fanart of them.

Preciousmetalshipping: too many cute fanarts. I don't like it so much as an actual pairing but damn they're awesome to see together.

Specialshipping: Adorable and supported in PokeSpe, nuff said

Choosenshipping: I loved the story of how they were raised together and escaped together, that was kind of cute ^^; pluse they seem pretty close.

Cookieshipping: because I get a kick out of Harley tormenting May. I got this into my head when Harley dressed up as May and in the dub Max said "If I didn't know any better I'd say Harley has a huge crush on my sister". I have no idea what was said in Japanese though. Besides, I'm a sucker for straight pairings that involve an effeminate male for some reason.

Festivalshipping: because I wondered what their relationship was like when Solidad mentioned she and Harely were old pals and she spoke of him quite fondly. And like I said I'm a sucker for hetero pairs with a fem!male.

HeatTagshipping: because Conway is a creeper and it's hilarious seeing the onesidedness of it all

Morpheusshipping: Hey, it was cute to see on screen their friendship

LightRockshipping: I don't know why I like this acutally..... I just stumbled upon it and... well...

Penguinshipping: I like Kenny's crush on Dawn. And I love childhood friend-type relationships

Pearlshipping: I like this to some extent actually, can't call it a fave but I do like it more than Pokeshipping or Advanceshipping. Their dynamic is interesting since their personalities are diferent but they've experienced similar situations.

Kotone/Kazunari (what the heck do you all this?): from what I saw of them, I liked them, I just did.....
 
AdvanceShipping= It makes more sense than anything. Pokeshipping seems like a crush. ContestShipping is onesided. Pearlshipping is just ....weird
