Greetings Bulbagarden!

I'd start out by saying "I like Pokemon", but that's obvious, isn't it?

I've been out of the Pokemon loop for a while, so I suppose you could call me a returning fan. After Gen III came out on the GBA at a time when I did not have a GBA, I lost touch with Pokemon. Even after I got a Gameboy Advance years later, it never occurred to me to get RSE and I was content with playing my old Yellow, Silver, and Crystal versions on and off until late last year when I decided to get a DS Lite instead of replacing my dying iPod. Picked up Platinum with it, started playing, and wondered why the heck it had taken me so long to get caught up with the current generation.

Regardless, I've realized my Pokemon love never faded and now I'm researching, playing, and catching up on the things I've missed over the years while getting pumped for HGSS and Gen V.

Really, what better way is there to express your rediscovered Pokemon love than to hang out with a bunch of fellow fans? So I'm looking forward to lurking/taking part in the discussion around here! It feels nice to be here~
