Why'd you join bulbagarden

We all have a reason for joining so whats your reason.

My reason is I get bored on the computer and i wanted something to do so my one friend told me about bulbagarden and i looked at the site, and it seemed pretty cool so i became a memeber and im trying to get noticed now.
 
Well, one day, I searched up shiny pokemon on google. While searching through the results, I came upon the Shiny Pokemon with the Pokeradar Thread. After seeing the technique, I decided to try it out. It worked. After a chain of 2, I found a shiny Absol. I joined a few days later to thank the creator of the thread for making the subject.
 
Well, I could write a whole lengthy paragraph, but I'll just put it this way:

Mom's idea --> Pokemon Crator --> Some art thread with a guide on spriting --> Pokemon Elite 2000 --> Affiliates --> BMGf.

I used bulbapedia a lot. Then the porn ads started so i joined here to complain about them and ive been here ever since

TRHQ2 forums was dying and Argy and Blackjack (as of this writing, currently Blackjack Palazzo), among others, mentioned this place, so I reluctantly jumped ship after lurking around and reading the entire Ash fan club thread. I believe I also joined Serebii at the same time.

I wanted to trade.....and I had nothing better to do....
 
I was looking for a site where I could trade and battle online, two of the things I do least now. =P;;
 
Because I love Pokemon, and would like to know about more Pokemon fans. Plus, I might write fanfiction if I get a good enough idea.
 
I wanted to talk about Pokémon, Serebii was too big and never loaded.

Of course, at the time of my joining, bmgf was pretty unreliable too.
 
Alas, when I was young and foolish, I spent countless hours on Serebii, never went anywhere else. I decided to join the forums there (as I had just discovered my love of forums) and found it to be, well, a nightmare.

Undiscouraged, I searched up different Pokemon forums on Google and up popped Bulbagarden.
 
I was browsing Bulbapedia and noticed the forum link. The rest, as they say, is history.
 
I was a member of serebii for awhile, and it wouldn't load. So I looked up serebii forums on googe, and this popped up. I joined a week or two later.
 
i like pokemen.

Also, I used Bulbapedia for a while, after one of my friends showed me Bulbapedia (when we were trying to complete the National 'Dex), and I used it like ever day for about two months, so I decided to join.

My original plan was to spam here until I got one thousand posts (never done it on any other forum apart from one but they don't show your post count) but I decided against it on the second day. I posted like eighty times on the first day. ;-)
 
I figured Bulbagarden would be inferior if I didn't join.
 
I discovered this fourm in Jan 2003 when I was looking for pokemon site, although I didn't join until July of 2008 because I was too shy.
 
Joined coz I was trippin' the fuck out.
