This is basically a place where people cancome together and plan Wi-Fi Plaza meetings, so for instance I could say:

Who would like to get together at the Wi-Fi Plaza with me and such and such?

I would love to do this. Though, I'm not much of a battler as I am a poffin maker and a trader.
 
I'm pretty sure the Wifi Plaza doesn't work like that...I think it's all random...
 
The instruction book said that you can make your own wi-fi plaza meet up if you know people's friend codes. That's how you are able to make poffins via Wi-Fi and the girl next to the poffin machine talks about this.
