Okay, this Wi-fi stuff is way too complicated. I can't figure out how to get it to work.
I want to trade using the GTS. However, when I try to connect, it says there is no access point within range.
A bit of Googling tells me I need to set the Wi-fi options at the title screen. Okay, no problem, I go to search for an access point. It searches, and the only thing I find is called "Whats up Ian" and it's locked. (Ian is my little brother; I assume it's his cell phone.)
A bit of more Googling tells me I need to get a Wi-fi adaptor. Okay, no problem, I go and buy one. I stick it in my USB port (it's lit up, so I'm assuming that means it's connected). I turn on my game, try to connect. Failure. Go back to the title screen, search for an access point. Nothing but that damned "What's up Ian."
I'm sure I must be doing something wrong, but I have no idea. Any further Googling just brings up the previous solutions.
