wifi room redecorated?

umm i went to the wifi club and it only had and orange floor and one computer. then after a couple of trades and battles it changed and had an orange and green floor(got the colors swiched arount i think)and ther are TWO computers! and whenever i change from the eft side toe the right the screen on the bottom's background changes to the color of the floor. i think this is probably normal. but i want to know what is the difference between the two colors and why was it not like this from the begining?
