Nintendo have had their conference details leaked before, so it's not exactly a massive surprise if it's real.

You may also want to note that this also details the price and date of the Wii - including the notion that it'd be released EVERYWHERE on the 2nd October (Which is a date people have come up with based on the stupid notion that a joke in a press release meant there was a secret code to find the date....).

It also brings up the fanboy wank of a Virtual Boy like add-on.

Really, it's wank after wank. Seems written solely to get fanboys fapping off.

Also, this is meant to be aimed at the Tokyo Game Show - which is a JAPANESE trade show. This is written as if it's for E3 - for an American audience, which isn't standard practice for how the TGS operates....

I will hold off on saying complete and utter fake for the moment but really, don't put too much hope on anything mentioned in it.

As soon as I saw Kid Icarus Sequel, I realized it was fake.
 
Ah, september 14th... probably be the third best day of the month. I saw this yesterday at IGN and thought "WTF, where did this come from", but by the time I read it people were already pointing out that it is fake (with proof I mean).

I actually know this is fake too, it basically sums up the ideas a lot of the fans want and puts it in speech form. Dead giveaways are like apple and coming with Wii Sports, free SD card and a downloaded game for extremely cheap priced system.

I will say that some things seem realistic in a likely to come true position: Personally I see Kid Icarus as a large possiblity to be featured in a new game. The redesign of the Kid would be very appealling to mass audiences, and credible gamesites have repeatedly been stating this rumor as true. What I really hope is that they make the game new and original, and not just some copy of another game that exisit already (I know, the irony). But yeah, I hope they make the game have mid-flight combat, with heavy arrow usage, interactive environment (to set off traps and such with arrows), and light sword usage (not turning it into DMC3.5)

The otherthing that I can see happening is a lower than expected price. I'm not completely buying the $175 dollar price, I think at the minimum it will be $180 because there is a lot in the system itself. Also having it include the shell and nunchuck is believable because nintendo already stated to include the nunchuck, and to get people to buy VC games, as with safe security to those that want it because its cheap will show a big benifit to them.
