Would anyone object to the removal of Wikipedia links from the species articles? With the exception of the five that still have their own WP article (Bulbasaur, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo and Mew) the small list entries really don't add anything worthwhile.

Yeah, Wikipedia isn't much help since they decided that most of the 'mons are "non-notable/non-encyclopedic".

I wouldn't object to removal of the links. Most of the Wikipedia Pokémon articles, save for a few such as Pikachu, are mere entries in a list. Definitely/Obviously less comprehensive than the articles in the 'pedia. The links really don't add anything worthwhile, as you said.
