I really enjoyed that character. Smart and for me even funny. I really want him come back. It would be great if see him in Sinnoh League.
 
I don´t think so...in any cameos that Conway had we never heard about him going for gym badges.
He heard that Ash won badges and would at this point had shown him his! So no, i doubt that Conway will be in Sinnoh League.
 
We won't see him in the league, but he'll definitely be around.
If he's not I'll make a >:C face.
He's seriously one of my favorite recurring characters to ever grace this show.
And I'm pretty sure he has a large fanbase, too.

Oh dear. Tales of the trifecta has turned canonical to me...
 
As much as I like the guy I can't see him popping up in the League, what with the complete and total lack of any "oh hey I'm collecting badges" build up. Of course, he's still perfectly free to show up sometime before the end of Shinou anyway...which he hopefully does, since he is a pretty hilarious character.
 
I love Kouhei, and I'd love to see him again! But has he even said that he's a badge collecting trainer?
 
I think it would be interesting to, but yeah, if he were they probably would have mentioned his collecting badges by this point. Although you gotta wonder, if he isn't collecting badges, what is he doing...? Just battling people, trying to increase his knowledge, and trying to get under Dawn's skirt?

Anyway, we're already going to be following Ash, Paul, Barry, and possibly Nando through the Sinnoh League. Maybe it's best if we don't go overboard with recurring characters.
 
Did he say that he was collecting badges? If not, he probably doesn't appear in the League. But maybe before it. Hopely so, because I love him <3
 
Kinda like Holly disappeared entirely after the tag battle tournament, the same could happen to Conway...as well as Angie. These characters were never really established as rivals so they're less important.

Its possible the writers just wanted to make slightly more interesting characters than the awful recurring characters of yesteryears, such as Todd/Snap.
 
I hope so. I liked Conway.

If he doesn't battle, perhaps he'll come to watch? You know, to further his pokemonly knowledge.

yes, there were... I even translated some of Kouhei's lines when he was acting all sly and shady (forget if I posted my translations here or on SPPF), and it really seemed like that was the case. However, now I guess he just acts that way to be cool... shame nothing might come of those rumors.

Ho-shit! That would be...oh god that would be hilarious/awesome at the same time. He'd still be hitting on Dawn non-stop. XD
 
If I recall correctly, it was something like how he was pushing them to go to Veilstone and then said something along the lines of "yes, this will suit us well...(*GLASSESFLASH!*)"

Angie did appear again a few episodes later after the summer camp episodes, where she played a rather major role. And a lot of people would like to know if her crush on Ash will be developed more by the writers, or it is just going to be another heart Ash breaks without even knowing it.
