will axen will learn Hyper Beam in XY

As we saw in BW seasons, Axew learnt 2 of the hardest moves to final evolution stage in 2 days out of nowhere then i am sure he will learn Hyper Beam
Ofcourse both first stage and second evolution can't do it Just Dragonair
but after what we see in BW, i can imagine they will give axew Hyper Beam
