It would be great you know. Like an Overheat attack if he uses it in a battle for example against Flint or Cyntia.

Well you don't "learn" abilities, and Blaze is already Chimchar's gimmick, so I doubt it. Also, if Charizard comes back, it'll be a one-time thing, so not only are they not going to give it the amount of story required to give it a new ability (they can still say it learned stuff when it was training), but it'll probably be made awesome enough without Blaze.

A better question is Grotle (or Piplup) using Overgrow or Torrent, respectively. We've seen Overgrow and Blaze in the anime, but we have yet to see the Torrent ability come into play.
Especially since the majority of Piplup's attacks (including the commonplace Bubblebeam and signature attack Whirlpool) are that of the Water Type.

You don't 'learn' abilities, that's silly! XD It is a little akward that Charizard wouldn't show any signs of 'blaze' in the anime, though...really, adding new fetures sure can cause akwardness.

o.0;; Remember the baby Pikachu in Pikachu's Goodbye? Then they bring in Pichu, and, well..yeah. lol

Yay, I want to see Piplup glow blue! That'd be awesome. :) (I liked how the abilities made the Pokemon glow Red, Green, Blue, and stuff X) That was fun..)

Well, Charizard is powerful, unless it battled and got hurt bad, I don't see blaze coming into play with charizard, but if it did, that be one powerful pokemon.

Well Pokemon aren't just going to learn abilities just like that. It sounds weird... *shot* At least my Blue Charizard will know Snow Cloak... *shot*
