Will the Lock Capsule be released and what will it do?

Does anybody think that the Lock Capsule will be released as an event in HGSS and be transfered to BW for unlocking something? If so what do you think it will do?

Any other ideas for event items would be interesting too (e.g. Members Card, Oak's Letter, etc.)?
