Lucian was the better one for me. I never really liked Will's design and attire and I find him a bit clown like to be honest. His team is also something to be desired for me as well. I found him easy to beat even if he was the first challenge of the Johto Elite Four.

Lucian on the other hand looks quite snazzy and all together intelligent looking. A real book worm brainy type exhibiting the Psychic look. His team was still quite easy (like most of them) to beat, however was still more challenging than Will's team.

I liked his Pokemon a lot more and his Bronzong would be the highlight of his team and I assume his signature Pokemon. So Lucian gets my vote on these factors.

I think Lucian had the better team, both the original and re-match. So I think he'd win. But Will has that slick mask.

Lucian, since he was actually a challenge to beat. His whole team always nearly kicks my butt, especially that Bronzong. Will, I can beat easily. He's a joke. I think he looks kinda creepy too. I thought he was a woman at first. ._.

So yeah, Lucian for all those questions. xP

It has to be Lucian. Will seems like a cocky little bastard, even though he looks ridiculous and his team is the weakest of the league. Lucian, on the other hand, is the quiet and reserved type, as you would expect a Psychic-type user to be, and his team actually poses a serious threat, perhaps even more so than Cynthia herself. His appearance in the Anime also helps.

Lucian, I like the fact he values books and reading. Will is creepy and has a boring team.
