Will we see Don Battles again?

I was wondering if we'll see Don Battles again in Best Wishes Season 2. I think it would be pretty cool especially with the return of older Pokemon it gives a lot more variety and maybe we could see older characters compete like Dawn.

It's a possibility, but they should wait until later. Sounds they have enough going on for a number of episodes before they are needed again (if they're needed at all).
 
I really, really hope not. There's only been two and I'm completely sick of them. It was a nice way to see character who wouldn't normally interact do so, but other than that I didn't enjoy them at all.

Plus, I think they'd rather put the focus on the Champion League.
 
I hope they do one more after the eigth badge to prepare for the league. I wouldn;t mind Trip and Ash facing off in there as well as Cilan and Burgundy and Iris and Georgia. Give them all some rival redemption.
 
I could see them doing more Don Battles. They allow for a greater level of character interaction, which I personally like. As for right now they have a lot going on, so I doubt they will.
 
I'm thinking, one more Don battle right before the league to give Ash a bit more practice. Hes getting better and better, maybe finally have Ash against Trip or his new rival if they are just writing him outXD
 
I do hope to see more battle tournaments like the Donamite and such again, but not with Don George as the host...he is annoying.
 
I'm pretty sick of them too, to be honest. They're only good for derailing character development or day-in-the-limelight type things.
 
It just depends on how extensive the Junior Cup thing is. It's been really nice of them to throw in these tournaments so we can see some battles for 3 or 4 episodes rather than filling that space with filler. If this Shirona thing ends up being just a quick cocktease I could see another Don Battle before the league, but if not, I think it'll just be the league.
