To EV train, you might have to spend two hours or if you have Pokesav, you can just hack it for 255 EV in every stats.

EV = Effort Value

a rhyperior shiny level 100 ev trained means it has pretty good stats. if you are by chance hacking these i would like to pick the stats if not as long as the stats are good im happy

Well, I guess you guys can't cheat on EV.

@tylerok77: EV trained Pokemon doesn't always have good stats depending on their EV spread. Every Pokemon has its Base Stat so you can not choose their stats like 500 in Attack.
