he is bold nature, level 1 ut, I hatched him on my 557th masuda method egg, the name is sunzard, and is non-nagotiable.

to win this guy, I want at least 3 lines why you like charmander/charmeleon/charizard so much, what your plans are for him(I will not accept "I want to trade him for something better") and why you should get one.
I know this is a little more hard than the other giveaways, but its my first shiny.

only five people will get one, and I shall pick the winners and put you in my sig, so i remember to give you one.

and if anyone can clone this charmander, I would be very grateful!!!

Simply put, Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard are badasses. I've been playing pokemon since Red and Blue, and they are the reason I always start with fire. Even though I started with red and blue, I have never had a shiny starter. Mostly because I think a lot of them look better non-shiny. That is not the case for shiny Charizard. I plan to EV train him, and then get him a spot on my uu shiny team (Probably replacing shiny Ninetales).
 
Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, have a lot of nostalgic value to me. In my opinion, they beat out almost every other starter. I am going to evolve him into a Charizard and then take it to the Battle Frontier in SoulSilver. I would really like one because I really like Charizard's shiny sprite. I have relatively few shinys, and it would be a great battler, as I mentioned above, in the Battle Frontier, and would be a very nice addition to my collection.
 
i want one so bad but i can only think of this episode where this trainer abandoned a charmander and the flame on its tail almost went out and it almost died ever since then i have always had a soft spot for charmander. theres more about the other evolutions but its not really 'game' related so....
 
The Charmander Family has always held a very special place in my heart, from the very first time I ever heard about pokemon I remember all my friends saying that I should choose Bulbasaur as a starter due to his early advantage, did I care? Hell no!
I chose Charmander anyway and it was with him that I fought through the original Pokemon blue with, in any subsequent game I always bonded with my starter pokemon, gave them nicknames and the such but none have ever affected me as much as my first starter, he had no nickname but he was still mine, still unique.
As for what I would do with him? Why I would cherish him, he would very probably never leave my crew and we would traverse the pokeworld together almost as if all those years had never passed.

I'm not entirely sure when the Pokemon games came out in the US, but I know before I ever played them, I collected the cards, and my favorite was my card with a shiny Charizard on it. I can't remember the card's name any longer, but I know I'd always put it on the top; I'd always display it for everyone to see that I had a Charizard, and it was black.

When I got the game, I remember I forced my sisters to get the other starters, while I hogged the Charmander family all to myself. I'd always hope to get that black Charizard when my Charmeleon evolved, and was always disappointed when I didn't. For a little while anyway. It was hard for me to be feel too melancholy with an awesome Pokemon like Charizard on my team, and I'd train it up as high as possible.

It's embarrassing to admit that I didn't really know about shiny Pokemon until the very end of Gen. III, especially seeing as how I'd already caught one by then. With the help of the internet, I looked up the shiny sprites of as many Pokemon as I could think of, first Haunter (which was a bit of a disappointment), then straight on to Charizard (which managed to send my heart beating far faster than it probably should have).

Since then, since I've realized that it's actually possible to get a black Charizard, I've been aching for one. I imagine I would train it up to a Charizard, then give it EV-reducing berries (which I have a lot of) until I had a fresh start, and then very carefully train it to make it as strong as it could be. It wouldn't for a second leave my party, and it would symbolize both the past and future of both Pokemon and myself.

But this is getting much too long, and I pity you, Sunzard, for having to read this. I'm hoping it doesn't get me disqualified, but it's entirely too painful to have to shorten this to three simple sentences.
 
Charizard and the charmander family are awesome. They are, by far, some of the best fire types that ever existed. This would be one of the few non-hacked shinies i would ever have, and because of that, he would have a special place in my teams. And face it, shiny charmander family is badass. Charmander and Charmeleon are gold, which fits well with my heartgold game, and shiny charizard is black. You don't get a shiny pokemon cooler looking than that, not even other gold shinies. Plus, charmander and its families are some of the few starters I don't have. And it will be way better than my useless shiny tentacool and gyrados, that's for sure. And I will always cherish this holiest of starters.

Why is charmander sooo awsome?? Well he is! I've been playing pokemon since the origional red version, and i saw charizard and i was like ZOMG HE IS A BAD ASS I WANT HIM! So when i started playing i saw charmander and i was like awwwh hes soo cute plus im a bit of a pyro so i saw fire and it related to me :P. Also the shiny charizard is BA, black spitting out fire proves he is and will scare everyone :D. Charmander is beast all around with the moves it leans i love blast burn :D

This just sums it up. The chars are an amazing force of raw fire power that owns all the rest of the starters. They are not only worthy to be picked in kanto, but definitelly worthy to be traded for in all games
I'm probably going to EV train it and put one of the attack sets form smogon on it. No matter what, it will be unstopable!

well anything this great is great enough to try for!

my reason for wanting him is basically the great value that he holds for any one who has ever had a pokemon conversation and anyone who has ever played the games....charmander family is very well known

you look back to see how good the cards were and charizard was the most wanted, and hey i cant complain i didnt have one and always wanted to even BUY the card from my friend, but it was proven that he had a priceless value in the heart...they are sooo awsome and represent pokemon. when i think of pokemon i see Ash with his pikachu on his charmander


i myself have tried the masuda methob on this little guy and after 700 eggs i took a break and its been about a week since ive tried again

so winning this would greatly help out!

i LOVE the shiny charizard and want to have him in my party

charmeleon i can say from the show was the best..even tho he didnt obey so well, he showed the consequence that are valued to stay away from if you mess up

charmeleon was a great role model to not follow, disobeying and selfish....

but the greater part is when he evolves into the cocky and seriously loyal charizard

this is a great aspect of those who take pokemon seriously and would like to see a change in their life

with charmeleon being a bad influence, he changed and became a better pokemon to look after

charziard shows that even tho the past effected your choices, it doesnt effect who you will turn out to be

so once again i would like this shiny charmander so i can feel the relieve of the masuda method and then aim for shiny cyndaquil and then also so i can have one great looking pokemon to battle with loyalty next to me!

In all the pokemon games I have played, I have always chosen Charmander as my starter. Charmander and all its evolutions have always looked better than Squirtle and Bulbasaur, and their evolutions. And who doesn't enjoy fighting with the destructive power of fire, rather than water and grass. Charmander was also the hardest starter to play with, and so I enjoyed the challenge of trying to play through the game with Charmander. In my Fire Red game and previous games, I have Charizard as my main pokemon (Charizard is always in my party, and was the first pokemon I raised to level 100. Besides these things, Charizard is still the coolest evloved starter to have in its shiny form.

Point is, Charizard is the best, and having the best in its shiny form would be the best addition to anyones pokemon game. I know that I would never trade my shiny Charizard, and that I will make sure to trade it to each new game I buy (as new games come out).

Congrats on the shiny Charmander! You have succeeded in doing what I have spent many hours trying to do.

Simply because Charizard is a planned part of my team, I've never found a shiny and beacause shiny charizard is AWESOME!
 
charmander evolves into my favorite pokemon, charizard. ive used the same charizard from my old red version when i was five. i bought two gameboys just to trade him from red to silver to crystal to saphire to firered to emerald and then i bought a DS so i could play diamond and migrated him from emerald to diamond. then i borrowed my brothers friends DS to trade him from diamond to platnium to soulsilver. in red,silver, crystal,saphire, firered, emerald, and diamond i only trained charizard. i went up against the elite four with a high level charizard and a bunch of other loe level pokes, because i only cared about charizard. together with the torterra i raised in platnium he kicked ass. even with his HUGE stealth rock weakness i put him on my competitive team (and in-game team). After i beat red, instead of picking a diffrent kanto starter to help compleate my pokedex, i picked charmander. an inferno charizard is in my sig, and a charizard is spliced with a torterra is my avatar. ive always wanted a legit shiny charizard. so if i win im going to train the charmander to evolve into charizard and then train it to level 100. im gonna ev train it to 252 speed, 252 special attack and 6 hp. im going to teach it flamethrower, dragon pulse, focus blast and air slash.
