WMM Trim Clip

Is there any custom way on WMM to trim the clip down to the millisecond? (I'm working on my first AMV)

You just have to cut the video until you reach the start. Zoom in full to get it as short as possible.

So whats it an AMV about? And are you gonna post it on YouTube? Then what will be your ID?
