Uhhh, the word stupid comes to mind >.> And it's not a real berry duh -.- Anyone can see that right on the cereal box!!!!!

What?! Crunchberries don't exist?
So I'm guessing my Super Golden Crisp cereal isn't made of real gold either?
I'M SUING. D:<

Glad my Cheerios aren't made of British people greeting me. o_O

Anyway, my brain hurts. Why do people find reading boxes so hard?

these kind of people make me laugh :D
this is going to be like the McDonald's hot coffe thing, you'll start seeing
(WARNING! Crunch Berries are not actual fruit) on cereal boxed

:smokin:

Glad my Cheerios aren't made of British people greeting me. o_O
Glad my cereal isn't a drug. :p *shot*
(i swear i'm not addicted man i can quit anytime i want ;-;)

I would laugh--majorly--if they actually started adding warning tags on the boxes. Thank goodness I lost all faith in humanity or else I'd be somewhat worried.

If she dies, I'm giving her a Darwin award. That is stupid. Just stupid. Why the hell did she think she was getting away with that?

Man oh man sooner or later we will have to have lawyer bots following us around using disclaimers for everything. Seriously she though crunchberries were real? |D

Great callback. XD I thought my best friend and I were the only ones still making drug jokes about Cheerios. 8D

But getting on topic, when people are acting this stupid, you can bet your ass it's for the money. Either that, or they've shoved too many crunchberries up their noses.

Lol, did she really really think that she would make money off of this? Anybody with common sense would know that 'Crunchberries' aren't real fruits -.-; This is just like the idiot who sued McDonalds because her coffee was 'too hot' xD

Oh, the insane stuff people would do for cash...

It's obvious she was trying to make money, seriously, who would think that berries and milk are included with that or those health cerials where they show strawberries and milk on the box.

Though, according to the article, the lawyers who brought that to the fore also brought to court a case against fruit loops for no real fruit.

May be only me, but I get the impression this case isn't so much "dumb woman thought she coudl get money off this" as "Naive woman gets manipulated by lawyers into an easy dumb trial".

I'd be curious to see how much her lawyers made by the hour.

wait she really also tried to get way with the fruit loops thing to,
I bet those lawyers had fun with this one XD

Meet Farmer Joe, the Crunchberry rancher! Farmer Joe is Captain Crunch's brother. He will tend this idiot's crunchberries all for crappy pay and no benefits with labor abuse and tax breaks. Say bye-bye to Farmer Joe, nice crazy lady! Your crunchberries won't grow themselves!

Now it's time to meet Rancher Jane, the hot coffee witch...

And NOOOOOW it's time to meet Mrs. Judge! She will openly mock you and then throw your case out of court. "Sorry, Miss, crunchberries are made of oat. Actually, they're probably more high fructose corn syrup, but Farmer Joe put on a nice act, didn't he?" Say bye-bye to Mrs. Judge, crazy lady!

Mm. Delicious, nutritious crunchberries.
*epic eye roll*

*headdesk* Whats more, on the box the "berries" are clearly just some cereal...
