If you've already picked up the Member's Card from the guy in the Pokemart or actually caught the Darkrai, nothing will happen; the Member's Card/Darkrai will be perfectly fine. If you haven't even picked up the Member's card yet though, then I believe that you might not be able to get it, but I'm not sure.
