Worst name change?

From Japanese to English, that is. Worst human name change, worst Pokémon name change, worst episode name change.... you name it.

I really dislike the name Lucy for Azami. Lucy sounds too...sweet for her o_o
But for all I know Azami could be their equvelent for Lucy.

And, while not being pokemon-related, the name change in Mega Man Battle Network from Saito to Hub has got to be the worst one I've seen. "Hub", seriously, wtf?

Buizel hasn't been confirmed, but it's likely to be the correct name. I agree with you in saying that Buoysel makes more sense.

Ah, no, still Mega Man. One of the villains in the first Battle Network game, his japanese name was Mahajarama or something.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Bashou --> Hun already. Or Yoshi --> Jimmy, Junichi --> Jackson --> Vinny.
