I haven't done any private RPs in months, and I'd like to have someone to do one with. I'd like someone experienced in RPing and active on the forums. The private RP would be about two rivals who journey together through Unova.

Just reply here or VM/PM me if you'd like to do one with me.

I would definitely like to be a part of this. I personally enjoy journey RPs.

I would love to do this I am a very active RPer and although I'm newer to this site then most people I used to RP on another site and have done it for awile, my only downfall is spelling but it is improving every day, I've never done a PRP on this site but I would love to do so, and I've always wanted to do a journey one but they always fell through.
Thank you for your concideration (If that's how it's spelled)

Hmmm... I can't decide, so would you all mind posting an RP sample for me to judge?

An RP sample? Do you mean a sample of what you would normally find in the first post of a Sign-up?

An RP sample is a section of one of your RP posts that you think is your best work. However, you can also simply type up a few paragraphs on the spot that you think show your capabilities as a writer.

(I.E. Say you thought your best work was a few paragraphs in a certain post in a RP. You would simply copy-and-past that section into this thread as your RP sample.)

From Artifacts of Corruption:

Josef Kaiser, who preferred to be known as Wildcard for reasons unknown, was pacing around the Team Corruption headquarters, muttering unintelligibly to himself. The other members of the organization knew to stay well away from him, lest he lash out.

He was obviously thinking. Pondering. However, due to his madness, no one would be able to guess what he was thinking about. Maybe it was sadistic thoughts, best left in his head. Maybe it was about the situation at hand, the attempt to capture the Great Poison. Or maybe it was none of those things, and nothing more than nonsense.

"This Great Poison...I wonder what it is like..." he muttered, to no one in particular. "There's no one to stop us from getting it...but odds are someone will come. There's always someone...do you know who will try and stop us?"

Silence was his answer.

"Oh...wait...there's...no one here..." he muttered, laughing slightly, before continuing to mutter. After a while, he stopped dead in his tracks, and pulling out a fairly large knife out of his armor.

"Where are you?! I know you're here! Don't try to hide! Won't work! You're dead! As good as dead!" he shouted, looking around wildly.

But there was no one there.

He put away the weapon, before muttering some more. "You think...that you can just evade my glance...there's always someone...yes...and you might just be that little someone..."

He laughed again, before continuing his wandering. Mania had consumed any sense of sanity, so behavior like this was normal. Not always favorable.

But he was right, in a sense. When you are in a position such as him, there's always someone. Officials. Society. Or even the gods themselves.

But it was always someone.

From The Deadly Secret of Silph Co.:

Sullivan was on the run.

The government had finally caught up with him, and given his infamous reputation, they weren't going to let him go. He was blazing through Route 121, his Absol rushing beside him, and Pokemon attacks flying right over his head. Two government soldiers, along with a Blaziken and Lunatone, were chasing after him, all trying to halt his escape.

He brought out a Poke Ball from his coat, and tossed it at the group. "Regice! Freeze these idiots!"

The Poke Ball burst, to reveal a hulking golem of a Pokemon, composed entirely of ice. The soldiers stopped right in their tracks, awed by the Regice, who turned its attention right to them.

The Pokemon let out loud beeping noises, before firing an Ice Beam right at the group, sending them flying into the air, as well as freezing them solid. Regice then turned to face Sullivan, and pointed one of its arms at the four frozen figures, as if to ask if it could finish them off.

Sullivan shook his head. "We've probably attracted enough attention as it is. By the time they've thawed out, we'll hopefully be pretty far from here."

His Absol suddenly tensed, and turned its attention in the direction of the Safari Zone. Sullivan sighed. "Absol, the Safari Zone's a wasteland at this point. All of those Pokemon got hit by the infection. You're seriously thinking about going in there?"

Nevertheless, Absol ran off, and Sullivan was forced to run after him. Regice looked over to the frozen soldiers, and its eyes turned red momentarily, before they returned to their normal shade of yellow, and Regice floated after Sullivan.

The Absol's trainer could see two people off in the distance, as well as what appeared to be a Latias. Either they were more feds or they were trying to get the hell out of here, too. Either way, it was still worth checking out.

From Catching Fireflies:

Dante had found his target.

Previously, he had nothing to do. Finding victims was hard work. Those damned Accudo were stealing all of his kills. But he had set his sights on who, unless he wasn't paying attention to the conversation, a Runner, as well as someone else who he didn't really care about.

He licked his lips. He could already hear their agonized screams, the sound of metal, ripping through flesh. And on top of that, he had tracked down a Runner. That was definitely a first.

He simply waited, for the split second they would let their guard down. then, he would strike...

And, finally, one that I just now came up with.

In an abandoned power plant, Klaus Negri was on the hunt. He had been tasked with tracking down and assassinating the former head of these plants. Klaus didn't know why, but to be honest, he didn't really care. The nations were currently in a state of war, so he probably wouldn't be able to figure out what the reasoning behind this was. But that didn't matter to him.

He had been searching for about an hour or so, and still couldn't find much of a sign. He was starting to think that this was a lost cause. Then, he found him. A middle-aged man, sulking around the shattered remains of the structure, his eyes glazed with reminisce. Klaus grinned as he readied his knife. But then, in that single moment of preparation, the man saw Klaus, dagger in hand. His eyes widened, and he drew a small pistol from his coat. "Who are you?!" he shouted wildly.

Klaus chuckled and disappeared from the shadows. "Klaus Negri," he said, a grin stretching from ear to ear.

The man's eyes widened with realization. "I know you. You're that assassin..." he said, trembling slightly.

Klaus gave a laugh. A cold, soulless laugh. "War is so lovely, is it not? Constant chaos, panicked civilians, numerous factions all vying for power...makes for a very lucrative job as an assassin. Of course, it's not just my job. It's my hobby."

"Get out of here, and forget this ever happened, or I will shoot." Klaus's target tightened his grip on the small firearm.

Klaus twirled his knife. "No thanks. I don't like to let my prey escape after I've already found them. Bad for my reputation."

In a flash, Klaus dashed up to his target, and thrust the knife right into his chest. His lifeless body then crumpled to the ground. Klaus put away his knife, then slowly sneaked away. Mission accomplished.

Wow. Those are some good RP samples.

Does anyone else have a sample to show me?

I'm gonna make things up to be spontaneous
Made up one
"You swear you won't tell anyone?" he asked, trembling under the weight of whatever secrets he was holding in.
"Of course, why would I?" Tia, laughed lightly, "What's so important that you had to drag me away from the fair, I mean I was just about to win that stuffed shinx too," she pouted.
"You have to see it to believe it," he led her far away from the noises of the festival, the large rides faded behind them and were replaced by large trees that had probably been there for centuries, "It's just over in that clearing," he said.
"Okay," she was sceptical the leaves of the trees were blocking the sunlight and it was getting darker and darker, her fears started make her heart race, what on earth was he going to show her? "I don't think we should go this far, our friends will be worried."
"It sounds like you are," he said, "We're really close." He pushed a large plant aside, and Tia gasped, she couldn't believe what she was seeing.
"Is t-that a.." she was lost for words.
"It is."

Coming Voices
High in one of the tallest branches of a large oak sat a girl cursing and a boy playing with vials. For some reason they were sitting on opisite branches of the oak backs leaning on the tree unable to see one another but still talking to each other. The girl leaned to get a look at the screen above the staidium doors she watched two girls faceing off for the tidle of champion. "I should be up there right now,'" she growled, "That dirty son of a," she started to say, "Easy Acid Tounge, you know I could always..." he pulled a vial out of his suit pocket, "No Poison King," she paused and looked around, "too many witneses. You can`t kill someone in broad daylight think!" she rolled her eyes you`d think the king of poison would know something like that. "I was only going to put her to sleep for a long time, anyway you were close enough." he reasoned. "Fourth isn`t close enough! A least I didn`t get seventh like you, I can`t remember the guy who beat you I would like to give him a peice of my mind." "I think you have given out enough of your mind for one day," he snickered she hadn`t lost she had been thrown out for language, "Did you have that dream again?" he asked. "Sure did," she shivered, "I can`t stop thinking about the words let me go what could they mean?"
"I probably spilled some poison in our food so don`t worry."
"Connor!" she growled in a low voice you could tell she was mad by the fact she had said his real name. "Alice, don`t be like that, at least it didn`t kill us."

More made up stuff
"There it is Nimbassa," Kate breathed in the fresh air and closed her eyes, she imagined herself in the pokemon league, winning, everyone was cheering and calling her name.
"Stop daydreaming," Jane hit her on the arm, Kate's eyes snapped open.
"Don't ruin my fun," she said.
"We are on a mission not a vacation," Jane scolded.
"Fine," Kate gave in, "Who are we to kidnap first?"

Does anyone else have a sample to show me? And remember, you don't necessarily need multiple samples.

EDIT: I hate to put a deadline on this, but if no one else who wants to do a PRP with me posts a sample by tomorrow, I'll be choosing between Oblivion and Mewstone.

2nd EDIT: I have to go for a few hours, but if no one else has posted a sample when I get back, I'll decide who will be in the PRP with me.

3rd EDIT: I've decided, and Oblivion will be doing the PRP with me. We're in similar time zones, and his RP samples were amazing.
