Would it be all right with 5 good IVs?

I'm trying to form my first competitive team. I'm able to get 5 IVs to be 31 but it's the 6th IV that's being a pain. So would my Galvantula be ok if it had perfect IVs in everything but attack, it's weaker offensive stat? And if it's better for a Galvantula to have a 31 IV attack stat, why?

Simple Questions and Answers would be a better place for this. It would be completely fine if it didn't have a 31 in attack, though.
